Trish Reynders has over 30 years working in the dairy industry and moved into the Immigration sector when the rapid expansion of the Southland dairy industry and low unemployment rates forced farmers to look offshore for experienced staff.

Trish has been a licensed adviser since 2009 and understands employers requirements. Trish’s expert advice is based on personal experience both as an employer in the industry and from experience with the NZ immigration process initially gained from assisting staff with visa applications. Trish divides her time between Southland where she has family and farming interests and Marlborough.

Niki Hughes has a Bachelor of Business Studies degree from Massey University. She recently gained her Immigration Advisers licence and continues to expand her immigration knowledge by studying part time for the BOP Graduate Certificate of Immigration Advice. Niki lives in Southland and works alongside her husband in the Dairy Support Industry.

Amy Heenan has a Bachelor of Commerce from Otago University. Her expertise is Human Resource and has been gained through working alongside her husband in a large scale family Dairy Farming business. She is based in Mossburn and is married with 3 young boys.
